Agreement Overview

For users under corporate entities, this agreement binds the entity itself.

Definitions

Ndkus: Refers to the entity offering and distributing 3D models and related services.
Stock Media Product: Digital items available on the Site, including but not limited to 3D models, images, sound effects, and motion capture files.
Site: Includes all websites, APIs, applications, and related services provided by Ndkus.

Usage Guidelines

The content and services on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Ndkus. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to access the Site solely for lawful personal or business purposes.

Prohibited Activities
