• This pack consists of modular set for combining sidewalk (43 separate meshes) saved in four different formats (.max, .obj, .fbx, tbscene) and textures.
• This model can be used for games, movies, virtual reality, advertising, render scenes, design, etc.
• Everything's made in real world scale (in meters).

• Slab size:
• Length - 1 m;
• Width - 1 m;
• Height - 0,06 m.
• You can delete polygons that are not visible in your scene. Also you can change the distance between the slabs and the curb and place them at different heights relative to each other.
• On top of that, there are additional textures for Unity and Unreal Engine.
• This archive has only basic materials for 3ds max and marmoset.
• Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3.

• Additional textures:
• color change .PSD - You can use this file to change the color of the curb and the shade of the concrete slabs;
• paint mask (b&w mask of painted areas).

• Textures for Unreal Engine:
• roughness;
• ORM (Occlusion – red channel, Roughness – green channel, Metallic – blue channel).
