3d ndkus sells digital 3D model files that are delivered electronically via email download links. Because digital products can be immediately downloaded and used, we maintain a strict refund policy to prevent abuse while still protecting legitimate customer rights.
All sales are final unless one of the exceptions listed below applies.
2. Eligible Refund Reasons
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
- Downloaded files are corrupted and cannot be opened
- Files are missing or incomplete
- Download link does not work or has expired before first use
- File format is different from what was advertised
Note: We will first attempt to provide replacement files before issuing a refund.
2.2 Duplicate Purchase
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Must be reported within 48 hours of the second purchase
2.3 Significant Product Mismatch
- Product received is fundamentally different from description
- Advertised features or components are completely missing
- Product quality is significantly lower than represented
Note: Minor differences in appearance or minor missing details do not qualify.
2.4 Payment Issues
- You were charged but did not receive download links within 24 hours
- You were charged more than the advertised price
- Unauthorized charge on your account
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (unless duplicate purchase)
- Lack of skills or software to use the 3D model
- Incompatibility with your specific software version (unless explicitly guaranteed)
- The model does not meet your expectations but matches the description
- You no longer need the product for your project
- Minor color, texture, or detail differences from preview images
- You have already downloaded and accessed the files
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include screenshots, error messages, or other evidence supporting your claim
- Allow Investigation Time: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Cooperation: You may be asked to provide additional information or try troubleshooting steps

5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- PayPal Refunds: Typically appear within 1-2 business days
- Credit Card Refunds: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Full Refund: You will receive 100% of the purchase price
- Account Access: Your license to use the product will be revoked
6. Partial Refunds

- Products that are usable but missing some advertised features
The partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Store Credit Option
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer:
- Store Credit: Equal to or greater than the purchase price
- Product Exchange: Choose a different 3D model of equal or lesser value
- Bonus Credit: Additional 10% credit for choosing store credit over refund
Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
8. Quality Guarantee
While we cannot offer unlimited refunds, we do guarantee:
- All models are tested and quality-checked before listing
- Product descriptions and specifications are accurate
- Files are delivered in the advertised formats
- Technical support to help resolve issues
- Free replacement files if originals are corrupted
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company:
- Please contact us first to resolve the issue
- Chargebacks should be a last resort
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We will provide evidence to dispute invalid chargebacks
Important: Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
10. Exceptions and Special Cases
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies or personal hardships
- Technical issues on our end that prevented proper delivery
- Extended website downtime affecting access
- Promotional errors or pricing mistakes
