Modular Sci-Fi Military Base Low-poly 3D model

Description

Asset contains pack of modular tiles (floor tiles, living modules, mountains, rocks, trees, greenery, props, etc..) intended for building sci-fi locations such as military base, mountain scientific station, etc.. Asset contains demo location. Asset could be used in FPS genre games.

Provided: Unreal Engine project (4.26.2 engine version), Maya 2016 scenes , also models exported as FBX (2012).

This asset is optimized and hand tweaked. 

Triangles count: from 150 to 4000 tris (per model).

The textures looks amazing and super realistic, tuned for Physically-Based Rendering. Asset has 36 textures sets with resolution from 512*512 to 4096*4096. Following textures included:  base color, normal map, illumination, ao, roughness and metallness maps.

Pivots placed in logic places of geometry for most convenience to use.
